Birthday Blast Parties
Gymnastics, Dance, Martial Arts or Cheerleading.
(See swimming pool parties below.)
Four types of packages available:
- Time 1 1/2 hour party. Supervised Gymnastics, Dance, Martial
Arts, or Cheerleading activities, fun, games and an obstacle course
for 1 hour. The next 30 minutes are for refreshments in the
party room. Cost: $13.00 per child. Minimum of 8 - Maximum of 15.
- Time: 2 hour party. Same supervised activities as #1 plus an arts & craft project (special
ones for each month) for 1 hour & 30 minutes. You provide the
refreshments as stated in #1. Cost: $14.00 per child. Minimum of 8 -
Maximum of 15.
- Same as party #1, but we provide the refreshments in the
Birthday Party Room at the Club. Cost: Same as #1 + $70.00
refreshment fee. Check out our specially designed, homemade cakes.
- Same party as party #2, but we provide the refreshments in the
Birthday Party Room at the Club. Cost: Same as #2 + $70.00 refreshment
fee. Check out our specially designed, homemade cakes.
Example of Fee Structure:
Package #1 example —
8 children @ $13.00 = $104.00
Booking Fee + $25.00
Total fee = $129.00
A non-refundable $25.00 booking fee is due when reserving the party.
You must also fill out the birthday party information sheet, insurance
sheet & return them to the Club when booking a party.
Clean Up:
Can start to occur while the birthday child is opening their
presents. The gym will provide cleaning products and garbage bags.
Please clean up the entire room. A vacuum is available if there is a
need. The staff person in charge will help, but it needs to be taken
care of before you leave the gym.
The Club will provide:
Invitations (these need to be signed by the parents of the guests
and returned to the Club on the day of the party in order for each
child to participate) balloons, a birthday t-shirt, drawing for a Club
gift certificate, goody sacks for all guests!
What you need to bring:
Theme items-decorations, tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups &
plastic utensils. Note: if we provide the refreshments, we will
provide the paper ware. If you wish to decorate the party room, you
need to arrive 15-20 minutes before to decorate. Note: We do have a
refrigerator to keep things cool until the children are ready to eat.
Refreshment suggestion:
Cupcakes & juice boxes are the easiest and least messy. If you
have party favors, you may put them in our treat bags and we will give
them out before they go home. If we do the cake, we have a special
cake for each type of party or you may pick a theme cakes by Sweet
Dreams.
Attire for the birthday guests:
All guests should wear clothing suitable for gymnastics, dance,
martial arts, or cheerleading activities. Sweat clothes, short,
t-shirt, and socks. All extra clothing will be placed in the Birthday
Party Room.
Pick-up of guests:
Plan to have all parents pick up their children after the
refreshment/ present opening (at the end of the scheduled party
time.). No additional gym, dance, martial arts, of cheerleading time
will be permitted after the party is over. Please have the parents
pick-up their children on time.
Final Comments:
To reserve a party, call ahead to verify. At least one month and 2
weeks at a minimum. The booking fee is due at the time you book the
party. Birthday information sheet must be turned in ASAP, so we can
prepare your invitations and get them to you to mail. The birthday
guests will need to have the invitations filled out and returned with
them the day of the party. The parents must give their release in
order for the child to participate.

Swimming Pool Parties at "On the Pond" Birthday Parties
June – August
Four types of packages available: Ages 3 and Up
- Time: 2 hours party. Supervised Swimming, fun & games
for an 1 hour and 15 minutes. The next 45 minutes are for your refreshments in the
party room. Which you provide. Cost: $230.00 for up to 18 children. Additional fee of $8.00 per additional child.
- Time: 3 ½ hours party. Same supervised activities as #1 plus you get a choice of one of the
following for 1 hour dance, gymnastics, cheerleading or martial arts.
You provide the refreshments as stated in #1. Cost: $330.00 for up to 12 children. Additional fee of $10.00 per additional child.
- Same as party #1, but we provide the refreshments in the
Birthday Party Room at the Club. Cost: Same as #1 + $70.00
refreshment fee. Check out our specially designed, homemade cakes.
