This program is a by invitation, recommended by
teacher program only. It is for students who show the ability
for competitive gymnastics. The routines that will be
performed are developed by USA gymnastics. The events involved
in competition include: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.
Competitive practice includes warm-up, conditioning, strength
training, skill progression, dance and learning the routines USA
Gymnastics prescribes for competition.
Super Bunnies
This program is for talented and gifted Kinder
Bunnies and Rainbow Star female students. This is our
introductory level that focuses on USA Gymnastics Competition Levels
1-4 program skills and routines to prepare for competition.
This group practices 2 hours a week. Super Bunnies team
leotard and hair bow are required.
TAGS
This program is for gymnasts who are working
Levels 4 & 5 USA Gymnastics Competition. This group practices 5
hours a week, twelve months out of the year. The Pre-Team leotard
and hair bow are required.
Super Bunnies and Pre-Team can participate in
Urbandale in-house gymnastics and tumbling competitions to get meet
experience.
Team Gymnastics
This program is for gymnasts who are working
Levels 5-10 USA Gymnastics Competition. They practice 9 hours
or more depending on level, twelve months out of the year.
This is a traveling squad that competes at meets in Iowa and
surrounding states hoping to qualify to state, regional and national
competitions depending on level. Team members must also be members
of USA Gymnastics.
Congratulations to our
Gymnastics Team gymnasts in level 7 that competed in the Iowa
Optional State Championships 2008 on April 5th, 2008 in Sioux City
Iowa.

Ashlyn Clingman, Amber Shiffer, Kassie Kulas, Kelsie
Briggs.
The Level 7 Gymnastics Team
received 4th place at the meet.
Congratulations to our
Gymnastics Team gymnasts in levels 5 and 6 that competed in the 2007
State Meet on December 8th, 2007 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Gymnastics
Meet on September 27 & 28, 2008. It will be a
USA Gymnastics sanctioned meet for levels 4, 5, 6. Teams from
around the state of Iowa and surrounding states are welcome to
come. Spectators are welcome to come. We will have more
information in September. Call the
