What do we do at Lunch
Bunch?
Gymnastics, creative movement, arts and crafts,
trampoline,
fun in the pitt and socializing while eating
lunch. Non club members are welcome! If you are 1-2
years old you will need
an adult with you. Comfortable
clothing is needed for all.

On set Saturdays the staff
at UDSGC will be at the gym to help anyone who wants to come in and
work-out. All pieces of equipment will be open for use (yes
that includes the pit and in-ground trampoline) and any skill that
is safe and reasonable for the student may be worked.
On set days the gym
will be open from Noon. - 1:30 p.m.

Field
Trips
We provide new and exciting
field trip opportunity's for your centers needs. Children get
tired of going to the same old places. We provide them a
chance to burn off some energy, learn About physical fitness and
teach fun exercise that is good for them.
We have the largest club in the Metro and
have been here for 22 years. Our 20,000 square. foot
facility is specially designed for children's fitness. We
provide classes in dance, martial arts, gymnastics, tumbling
cheerleading and specialty parties. We offer groups the chance
to come to an open structured gym, dance, martial arts or
cheerleading session.
The session lasts for an hour and a half
and you can chose any one of our different focuses.

Great Pumpkin
Party
We have spooks, goblins, fairies, princess's and many
more memorable characters. The guests have fun finding
special pumpkins in our maze, jumping on the trampoline, playing
volleyball, bobbing for candy, pictures with the Great Pumpkin and
our grand costume contest. Please call for more information
during the month of October.
Frosty's
Gala
We have Frosty The Snowman come and visit our
club all the way from the north pole. We have lots of fun and
games for everyone that attends. Snacks and juice are
provided. We also will have pictures with Frosty. It is
a great time for the kids and Moms and Dads to because Mom
and Dad can finish their Christmas shopping without the
kids. Call the office or email us for more information.

Hippity Hoppity
Easter Party
We have the Easter Bunny
visit our club. We have lots of fun and games
for everyone that attends. An Easter egg hunt, a craft to take
home, jumping in the pit and on the tramopline. Pictures with
the Easter Bunny. Snacks and juice are provided. Call
the office or email us for more information. Please sign up
