Urbandale All-Stars is a competitive
cheerleading program designed to teach young people values such as
commitment, team work and dedication through the sport of
cheerleading. The coaching staff at Urbandale All-Stars cares
about the individual not just the athlete. We offer several
programs to help cheerleaders improve as individuals, students, and
cheerleaders. Our goal is to help each cheerleader achieve
their individual goals while working as a team.
Urbandale All-Stars is one of the leading all
star gyms in the Midwest. It started with just 8 girls 7 years
ago and has now expanded to a program with 100 recreational and
competitive cheerleaders ranging in ages from 3-18 years old.
Our teams have earned multiple national championships. Listed
below are the names of the teams, ages, and times that they
practice. These will sometimes vary from season to
season:

Urbandale All-Stars prides
itself on producing great cheerleaders that are also great all
around people. We monitor grades for each cheerleader and
set-up study programs when necessary. We also have several
community service projects, such as adopting a family for the
holidays. We believe it is very important for us to give back
to the community that has provided us such a great amount of
support.
Urbandale All-Stars is a program with very high
standards that will not be duplicated by any other team in the Metro

Urbandale All-Stars had another great performance on
1/12-13/08 at America's Best Nationals. Tornadoes and
Earthquakes both placed 2nd and Urbandale Xtreme Strom won a
National Championship! Also, congratulations to Urbandale
Xtreme Storm who had the highest score in the Senior Age
Division. All the teams are looking great and the coaching
staff is getting very excited for Nationals! If you would like

Congratulations to all of our
All-Star Cheerleading Teams for their winning performance at the
Hawkeye Regional!!! All of our All-Star Cheerleading Teams
qualified to UCA Nationals in Orlando, FL. The coaching staff
looks forward to a great remainder of the
season!!!!!
